What is your return policy?

We hope that you love your new products. However, in case you are not satisfied, the products may be returned within 30 days of receiving your shipment (or Christmas Day). The product(s) MUST be returned brand new, unused, and undamaged and in the original packaging. Shipping, customs and duty charges are all non-refundable. Unless other arrangements are agreed upon, all non-defective returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. An in store credit will be issued for items that were opened and used. Please note that we do not accept returns on products that are used for an event or one-time situation. We do not accept returns on any light fixtures that were installed unless they are mechnically defectyive. NOTE: If you plan on purchasing more than one item please make sure you like the item before you open all of them. We do not accept returns on opened bulk items. If you plan to purchase in bulk, please consider buying one to make sure that you are happy with that first as we will have to charge you our restocking fee even if you aren't completely satisfied with your unused bulk purchase once you've received it. **IMPORTANT: Any customer considering a return or exchange create a customer support ticket by visiting www.LampLust.com/cs prior to sending anything back. Please note that we will not accept any returns without an RMA number. Please visit www.LampLust.com/cs to obtain an RMA number. In certain instances it is more efficient to send replacement parts. All returns and exchanges are handled through our support ticket system. Please allow up to 24 hours (on a business day) for a response. Please allow for more time on holidays and weekends.

 

PLEASE NOTE: We do not accept any returns on holiday merchandice after the holidays.

SPECIAL POLICY FOR LIGHT FIXTURES: WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON LIGHT FIXTURES THAT HAVE BEEN INSTALLED (unless it is defective). Please make sure that you like the light fixture before you install it.


***IMPORTANT NOTE*** Shipping fees will NOT be refunded. If the items are defective we will replace them or issue a credit. Shipping Fees are never refunded. If the order received free shipping, the greater of $9.99 or 10% of the order will be deducted from the refund. 

 

NOTE: Customer is responsible to ship non-defective items back to us via UPS or FedEx and insure the shipment.


Here is a summary of our return/refund policy:

  1. Customers must obtain an RMA number before returning anything. Please email info@lamplust.com for an RMA number.
  2. All items must be returned within 30 days of arrival.
  3. All items must be BRAND NEW, in their original condition and in resellable condition. All manuals and packaging must be in mint condition.
  4. All returns are liable to a 20% restocking Fee.
  5. Shipping Fees are not refundable. Orders that received free shipping will be charged the greater of  $9.99 or 10% of the order amount.
  6. Please include a copy of your invoice in the package.
  7. Please ship items with UPS or Fedex and insure the package for the value of the shipment. Please do NOT ship with USPS. Please retain tracking information.
  8. Items must be packaged in a manner which they will not break or become damaged.
