- All returns are required to go through our returns management system. Please click here to login to your account and create a return request.
- Item must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Defective merchandise must be reported within 60 days of delivery, if 30 days has elapsed, only a replacment can be provided.
- All returns must be properly packaged to ensure that they will not become damaged during transit.
- Unless the item arrived damaged or defective, it must be returned in original and sellable condition.
- Shipping fees will not be refunded.
- For orders that received free shipping a shipping charge of $9.95 will be deducted from your refund.
- Please return the order with UPS or FedEx and retain tracking information.
Bulk Purchases:
- We do not accept returns on bulk purchases. If you plan to purchase in bulk, please consider buying just one item at first to make sure that the item is satisfactory.
- If you do purchase more than one item, please make sure you like the item before you open all of them.
Please Note:
We will be stricter about enforcing our policy regarding the acceptable condition of returned merchandise,for items commonly used for one-time use purposes; such as holiday lighting and table-top decorative lighting, that appear to have been opened and used.
LampLust.com reserves the right to reject any returns sent or transmitted beyond the return limit,
as well as, items which are not in the same condition in which they were received.
