BPL Contemporary Ceiling Light

Globe contemporary ceiling light realized with hand-made white polyester woven. The woven, knotted to the wooden casts and then deformed in a steam oven, becomes three-dimensional with little bubbles: a decorative design, embossed, which emanates and facets the light. The sofisticated realization of this woven is part of a research, carried by the Swedish artist-designer, concerning the three-dimensional appearance of wovens. The lamp has won "The Excellent Swedish Design Award".

Materials: Globe ceiling light realized with hand-made white polyester woven "Creation Baumann". Internal structure in iron, electrostatic painted.
