Q: How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping on all orders over $99 within in the Continental USA. For orders under $99 we offer flat rate UPS Ground for $7.99. Other methods such as Overnight, 2nd day, 3rd day, and Express saver are available at checkout and the price is calculated based on weight and distance. Most orders received before 3 PM EST ship the same day.

Q: Do you offer Free shipping?
Yes, We offer free ground shipping within the USA on all orders over $99. Please note that if you return your order a shipping fee of $9.99 or 10% (the larger amount) of the order amount will be deducted from the refund.
Q: Do you ship internationally? Yes, we ship worldwide. However, if you are requesting shipment outside of North America we request payment by PayPal verified. Please contact us for information regarding bulk international shipments and wire transfer. We offer international shipment with USPS, and UPS. Shipping is based on weight and location. At checkout you will have checkout options with shipping prices. All orders shipping outside of the 48 states will have the option of using UPS or USPS. Many times only one carrier is displayed for international shipping. Please contact us at info@LampLust.com for more international options Q: Do you charge Sales Tax? No, we don't charge sales tax. We simply collect sales tax on all orders shipping to NY State. We are sorry, but this is the law. We just collect the tax and pay it to the Government. The positive side to this is that you are supporting local NY business, which in the end benefits all of us :-) Q: Do you offer bulk discounts? Yes, we absolutely offer bulk discounts. We ship to Canada. As a matter of fact, LampLust started out in Canada. We offer shipping via USPS and UPS to Canada We recommend USPS for smaller shipments because USPS does not charge any brokerage or handling fees. Please note that LampLust is not responsible for any customs, clearance or brokerage fees. Q: When does my order ship? Most orders received before 3PM EST ship the same day. If you need priority processing please call us or email us at info@LampLust.com Q: How long will it take to get to me? Anywhere between one and ten business days based on the method of shipment and the shipping location. Our program displays the estimated shipping time when you select your shipping method. Most orders shipped in the Northeast will arrive in two business day using ground shipment.
Q: Do you accept PO's from Governments and Corporations?

Q: Do your electric lights work outside North America? Most of our products have North American electrical mains and are only warranted in Canada and the USA. However, some of our products have worldwide voltage and work all over the world. Please contact us for specifics. We guarantee you an answer within five hours. Q: What methods of payment do you accept? We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, and Google Checkout. Please contact us regarding payment by money order, wire transfer, and check. Q: Is it safe to use my credit card on your website? ABSOLUTELY! RETURN POLICY Q: What is your return policy? We hope that you love your new products. However, in case you are not satisfied, the products may be returned within 14 days of receiving your shipment (or Christmas Day). The product(s) MUST be returned brand new, unused, and undamaged and in the original packaging. Shipping, customs and duty charges are all non-refundable. Unless other arrangements are agreed upon, all non-defective returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. An in store credit will be issued for items that were opened and used. Please note that we do not accept returns on products that are used for an event or one-time situation. If you plan to purchase in bulk, please consider buying one to make sure that you are happy with that first as we will have to charge you our restocking fee even if you aren't completely satisfied with your unused bulk purchase once you've received it. **IMPORTANT: Any customer considering a return or exchange MUST e-mail cs@LampLust.com, prior to sending anything back. In certain instances it is more efficient to send replacement parts. For more information please email us at cs@LampLust.com ***IMPORTANT NOTE*** Shipping fees will NOT be refunded. If the items are defective we will replace them or issue a credit. Shipping Fees are never refunded. If the order received free shipping, the greater of $9.99 or 10% of the order will be deducted from the refund.
NOTE: Customer is responsible to ship non-defective items back to us via UPS or FedEx and insure the shipment.
Here is a summary of our return/refund policy:
- Customers must obtain an RMA number before returning anything. Please email info@lamplust.com for an RMA number.
- All items must be returned within 14 days of arrival.
- All items must be BRAND NEW, in their original condition and in resellable condition. All manuals and packaging must be in mint condition.
- All returns are liable to a 20% restocking Fee.
- Shipping Fees are not refundable. Orders that received free shipping will be charged the greater of $9.99 or 10% of the order amount.
- Please include a copy of your invoice in the package.
- Please ship items with UPS or Fedex and insure the package for the value of the shipment. Please do NOT ship with USPS. Please retain tracking information.
- Items must be packaged in a manner which they will not break or become damaged.
SENDING GIFTS
Q: Do you gift-wrap?
Yes. During the checkout process you will be given the option to have your product gift-wrapped.
Q: Can I send a LampLust Light as a gift? Yes. We can ship your gift directly to the recipient. During the shopping process you will also be given the option to have your product gift-wrapped. When you order, fill out your name and address as the billing address and the recipient's name as the shipping address. The receiver of the gift will only receive a packing slip and will NOT receive an invoice with the prices. All orders with different shipping and billing address will receive a packing slip without prices.
Q: Do you have a catalog? We have a digital newsletter that we email to our costumers.
